Best Time to visit Mana Pools National Park

The Best Time to visit Harare is during the dry season, from May to October, when the weather is cool, sunny, and perfect for exploring. These months offer clear skies and comfortable temperatures, ideal for strolling through the city’s beautiful parks, markets, and cultural sites. May to July brings crisp mornings and warm afternoons, making outdoor activities and wildlife trips around the city especially enjoyable. September and October are warmer but still dry, with jacaranda trees bursting into purple blooms, painting the city in vibrant colours—a truly magical sight.

The rainy season, from November to April, brings lush green landscapes but also afternoon showers and higher humidity, which can sometimes disrupt travel plans. However, this is also the time when Harare feels alive with blossoming gardens and fresh growth. Visiting in the dry season offers the best balance of weather, outdoor adventures, and city life, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay in Zimbabwe’s lively capital.
